  Title Editor can only take 17 characters before running off the screen

Bug description:
  In the Simple Title editor only about 15 characters can be entered
  before the line width is too wide for the caption box. No indication
  is given of this limitation.

  Ubuntu 9.10. Openshot 1.2.2, installed from repos.
