Public bug reported:

On a standard budget laptop (i.e. 1280x800) the dialog box for advanced
setting in the export video option exceeds the screen size vertically. I
suggest that the code is tweaked so that only one option can be expanded
at a time when the display size is detected as being only 800 high.
