This bug is fixed in upstream, but not yet in Ubuntu as Natty has
v.1.1.22git20091109-1.1 of frei0r-plugins.

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: empathy

  Starting empathy from the menu does nothing. From the terminal I get
  the following error message:

  ERROR: Could not load classifier cascade /usr/share/opencv/haarcascades/haarcascade_frontalface_alt2.xml

  Run 'empathy --help' to see a full list of available command line options.
