[Bug 742034] [NEW] Clicking 'Seek Forward' shows "2X"on the preview tab label

OpenShot 1.3.1~alpha1

Seek Forward (tlbSeekForward) clicked

- Observed:
1) The speed increases at each click as long as the preview is playing. The preview tab label is updated accordingly to show the present speed, "Video Preview (2X)", 4X, ...
2) If the preview reaches (or is placed at) the end a new click will show "2X" at the preview tab label.

- Expected:
1) The speed increases at each click as long as the preview is playing. The preview tab label is updated accordingly to show the present speed, "Video Preview (2X)", 4X, ...
2) If the preview reaches (or is placed at) the end, the preview tab label should be immediately  updated to "Video Preview". The seek forward and seek ending buttons should be disabled as they to not serve any purpose.
