[Bug 747467] [NEW] Can't combine audio channels

Public bug reported:

I'm editing a video on OpenShot 1.3 that i recorded at a Canon 7D with
an external mono mic. So the speech of the presentator is on mono, and i
would like to combine the audio channels, so it could get the aspect of
stereo.

On Sony Vegas, it's possible by clicking the audio track with right
mouse button, choosing the "channels" menu and clicking the "combine"
option.

I also suggest that the audio track should be separated, and showing
peaks.

Sorry by the poor english.

** Affects: openshot
     Importance: Undecided
