  Keyboard shortcuts don't appear at the toolbar

Status in OpenShot Video Editor:

Bug description:
  I'm using OpenShot 1.3 and would like if the keyboard shortcut appear
  at the toolbar. I didn't know, for example, that the C key can cut the
  video clip, just knew it by reading another bug reporting here. The
  shortcuts should appear on the tips of the toolbar.

  I would like also to have keyboard shortcuts for the other tools.
