For some reason I still cant make Transitions work even at 1sec scale!!

  snapping does not seem to work

Status in OpenShot Video Editor:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  behavior when moving clips in the timeline seems to be the same
  whether or not snapping is selected. Clips will not snap together and
  transitions do not snap to the ends of clips, making alignment
  difficult.

  Openshot 0.9.22
