  File added by drag-drop, after removal, can't be added by drag-drop
  again

Status in OpenShot Video Editor:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  If you drag and drop a file into a project, then remove it, you can't
  add it again by dragging and dropping.

  This is only true if removing the file is the last action that was
  taken.
