I just proposed some doc changes to the python-keystoneclient Sphinx documentation: https://review.openstack.org/7137

Can we get the generated docs hosted somewhere? Maybe on http://docs.openstack.org/api? I don't think these documents go anywhere right now.

Also, the keystone initialization commands were driving me nuts, so I wrote a script to automate this using the keystone client API. It's here:
