I18n core proposal
Hi team,
I know this is a little unorthodox based off our current process, but after the PTG I was looking at our reviews/commits and the openstack-manuals repo now has a *lot* of i18n patches that are highly relevant to Frank Kloeker (eumel8), the new i18n PTL.
I wonder how you would all feel about proposing Frank to be a core for the openstack-manuals team, representative of i18n?
Thoughts?
Alex
