We should close these bugs. They have been waiting for a core reviewer for months now. We needed them back then when we were running again Stable/Diablo.

I have been triaging tempest bugs and am not sure what to do about these. Several had patches submitted which expired.  Does any one care enough about these to do the work and test it, or should these bugs be closed? These bugs are assigned right now to Sarad Patel.
