Adding clarity for *users* around the fact that cells are different in the
context of nova compute vs any other context where the same term is used is
a net plus imho.... so I agree that in the code we could use the "short"
version.
But I'd really like user/deployer facing locations (e.g. docs, flag files,
API calls etc) be more explicit about what variant of "cell" is being
referred to, and use compute-cell.
