so during instance startup Im getting error and warning messages coming out
in the quantum server log file of the form:

2013-05-06 08:53:20    ERROR [quantum.openstack.common.rpc.common] Failed to publish
message to topic 'e899b2b51aaa4e8091f700e133b9cf46': [Errno 104] Connection reset by peer

2013-05-06 08:53:21  WARNING [quantum.db.agentschedulers_db] Fail scheduling network

in general errors are bad yes but how bad in this case and the warning means what?

the instance seems to boot up fine and gets networking ok. these message done repeat, just
1 offs for each instance.
