Problem running devstack / stack.sh

 

I am getting stuck with the following errors while installing using
devstack (stable/grizzly).

I saw a thread on the same issue and it seemed to be resolved by adding
no_proxy..I did the same in my localrc and I am still getting the same
error. My localrc is as follows:
