Hi Anshul,
you can try to change WSGI alias in file
'/etc/httpd/conf.d/openstack-dahsboard' file (on RHEL-based installation).

DEFAULT --> WSGIScriptAlias /dashboard
/usr/share/openstack-dashboard/openstack_dashboard/wsgi/django.wsgi
NEW --> WSGIScriptAlias /os
/usr/share/openstack-dashboard/openstack_dashboard/wsgi/django.wsgi
