Unfortunately, something to get used to with the upgrade server is that
some errors are bad while others can safely be ignored. And the ones
about res.users.form belong to the latter.

I believe we have another problem then. Could you post your new log? And
can you please make sure that you run your new migration on an unaltered
6.1 database (that is, if the migration fails, drop this database and
get a new copy of your original one when you're trying new code).

The web interface needs no special parameter btw.
