Stefan Rijnhart (Therp) proposed the following answer:
By the looks of it, you don't have the web distribution in your addons
path. That would be a good start. Apart from that, you have a lot of
modules installed that are not covered yet so you will probably run into
problems later on. We currently have account covered (except cashbox)
and its dependencies.
