Stefan Rijnhart (Therp) proposed the following answer:
project.view_project_users_form_simple: This view is no longer in
OpenERP 7.0. This probably means that your upgrade did not complete
succesfully. It probably broke on trying to upgrade the project module,
which is not yet covered.
