switched to TinyMCE - does much less "do what i mean and not what i
say".  from my testing, it seems to not suffer from the issues our
previous editor had.  Eddie can you confirm?

Bug description:
  This has been discussed in the recent past, but I've found that our
  text editor is a bit buggy. (E.g., It keeps changing formatting when
  you save or switch from plain to full-html.

  If it's possible, is there another text editor we can use that will
  also dopes like me to do simple font formatting and linking? Though it
  might be nice to have extra bells and whistles (spell check, cut/copy,
  flash, smiles, etc.), I would just like a text editor that doesn't
  make me go back and have to redo my typing over and over.
