First of all I want to thank Roger for taking the time to look over the
code and find these issues. This *IS* open source at it's very best.

I also hope that it encourages many of you to register a branch to work
on yourself. In addition to the teams that we have set up you can
register a branch yourself and work on as many different issues as you
feel comfortable with doing. When your stuff works; update it with the
trunk. Propose a merge to the truck, it'll be peer-reviewed and if it
is okay it will be merged. I would love to see our Ohloh.net site
http://www.ohloh.net/projects/oship reflecting many more contributors.

There are many of you out there that have skills far beyond mine or
Rogers'. I hope that you put them to good use here with OSHIP.

I am not a good programmer. My intent has been to build just enough to
get you interested and active. I wish for the day that I never have to
write another line of OSHIP code. :-) I prefer (and frankly am better
at) seeing the big picture. If you tell me my code *SUCKS* I'll
probably agree. I can write good documentation and add comments to well
written code. I do have several years experience in healhtcare IT
systems and I think I can teach you some things that will enhoance your
career. While you may or may not be getting paid now for work on OSHIP
I can pormise you that healthcare IT is a fast growing field and the
things you learn working on OSHIP and with openEHR will open your mind
and enhance your future.

People like Eduardo Ceasar and Roger Erens have already taken the
challenge and they are moving OSHIP forward. I am asking for your help
in the same way.

Kind Regards,
Tim
