Thanks Roberto.

This is a good overview.  However,  I do not want it to confuse OSHIP
developers.  Our primary driver for the components is the versions.cfg
file.  Though OSHIP does add a few components into the setup.py file.
The Grok framework is driven by the versions.cfg which is included (by
extension) in buildout.cfg.
