Hi Flavio,

I have started a project here on Launchpad Multi-level Authoring of Guidelines (MAG) https://launchpad.net/mag to address this issue.  However I haven't had an opportunity to work on it much lately.  I do have some experience in this area and can tell you that there isn't much out there.  There is a DSS mailing list on the openEHR website. 
I suggest that you join the MLHIM Owners group and we can discuss MAG there.  Maybe it will prompt me to get busier with it. :-)  https://launchpad.net/~mlhim-owners

Basically I have some details to finish on the MLHIM 1.x specs and then
we can move ahead with MAG.
