Hi Tim,

There is a paper titled "Comparing Computer-interpretable Guideline Models: A Case-study Approach" by Mor Peleg. This paper compared six clinical guideline models: Asbru, EON, GLIF, GUIDE, PRODIGY and PROfarma. This paper was published in 2003.
Do you have any experience on such clinical guideline models?

I liked the initial proposal of GLIF. The GLIF model was designed on
three layers. The third layer is responsible to communicate with other
applications or data models, platform-independently and clinical data
reference model. Unfortunately I haven't gotten to find out any further
documentation. I think it was incorporated to HL7 stantards, being
called as GELLO.
