Yes.  It is my decision.  I do not want the mlhim branch to interfere
with you getting the openehr branch completed.

I will go ahead and move mlhim to the OSHIP 2.x work as well as moving
the project to OSHIPpy.  This will take care of the future moves we
needed to make and will not distract your team.
