I didn't find that link. The http://mlhim.org/documents.html page sends
me to a google docs folder with a confusing set of images. I found the
documents contained in this file in the github project,
https://github.com/mlhim/specs/tree/master/documents/2.4.3, but they are
better constructed in the zip file. The github version also misdirected
me since, I tried to use the 2.4.4 folder which only contains the
cut-down document.
I will read these documents.

OK, I will try to be modern. I registered with google plus, so I will
eventually post my questions there. Normally, before I ask a question, I
want to see if it is answered already.
