This is something to note with all the MH based solutions, because as
stated above MH does not handle media from generated streams. The current
solution also lacks cookie & user agent support - which is something else
that needs to be discussed.

Unless we go with a full internal (chromium media pipeline - possibly
customized) solution, I don't see as to how we can globally manage all the
use-cases that are possible in the browser.

But we can split things into parts and accept trade-offs to manage common
cases and UX issues and parameterize the use of them, at least until the
media layer has implementations of necessary APIs.
