Dynamic UA discussion, and overrides as well.
- need to find an API that signals form factor changes, or agree on the
right heuristics
- turn the static UA init code into a dynamic version, connected to the
signal
- also, will need to adjust webapp-container configuration to allow
overrides per form-factor, and base on the common dynamic UA switch from
above

Media Hub story
- arbitration : Justin going to implement the MH service side as well
- media source support : Justin has proposed a branch for review / comments
addressing lack of media-source support; review requested to try to unblock
that thread of work

Jim will join the weekly call next week to help with moving the MH
integration work forward
