*1. Release Plan Update*

   - 1.16 should be next week; chrome has already branched upstream, so the
   release is close, and oxide will follow as normal
   - 1.17 will be closed for development next week as well; last call for
   features and bugs to land
   - arm64 : everything green and now waiting for the image

*2. Bugs & Features*

   - For 1.17 and the convergence story : Chris

   - Figuring out a good API for knowing which mode we're in, between
   desktop and tablet
   - The general design is that there is a per-screen form factor; so not
   going to have device form-factor
   - Help welcome on implementing the new scrollbar rendering (see design
   doc.) - Santosh

   - Nothing this week
