*1. Release Plan*

   - 1.16 should be released this week; will follow the normal archive
   upload and silo landings for overlay ppas
   - 1.17 on track for being ready for the end of ota-13
   - specifically, the 1.17 arm64 build will be updated when we get further
   test results from the 64-bit image; still waiting on the last build fixes
   for u8 and platform

*2. Bugs & Features*

   - M10 video regression bug, candidate for a 1.16 release update
   - per-screen form-factor changes; still evaluating options and thinking
   about a good API
   - Alex's branch still up for 1.17 landing, in active review right now
   - discussion of how the HW decoding feature will be landed piece by
   piece, not on by default, with key codecs enabled, but disabled for others

*3. New developments*

   - Olivier mentions the webbrowser-app snap experiment; needs some
   adjustments to oxide; will follow-up after the sprint
