That's totally fine. No objections at all.

There must be a misunderstanding, we want to run sessions at:
* 1st Thursday of the month, 6:00 UTC
* 2nd Thursday of the month, 12:00 UTC
* 3rd Thursday of the month, 18:00 UTC
* 4th Thursday of the month, 0:00 UTC
* (5th Thursday of the month, 6:00 UTC
So at least 2 sessions every month match Emmet's criteria.
Have a great day,
Daniel
