Chris Wilson (notgary) has assigned this bug to you for Ubuntu One Control Panel:

In the "Accounts" tab under "Your Services", there exists a button
called "Buy more storage and new plans". The tooltip for this button is
just a URL. This isn't really helpful unless you are familiar with this
URL.

Instead it should probably read something like "View additional service
plan details online"
