Hi Druellan,

First of all, thanks a lot for helping out with this. If we can get just a
handful of these descriptions fixed then the Software Centre is going to
look a lot smarter :)

The descriptions of each app are applied on an individual basis in Debian,
so a separate bug report will be required for each one, and the patch will
have to be submitted to Debian. There's a wiki page on how to work with
Ubuntu bugs in Debian here <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Debian/Bugs>.

The descriptions themselves will be pretty simply to fix. If you pull down
the source code, you'll find a directory in there called 'debian', which
contains a file where the description is written, though I can't remember
what it's called.

So you need to report the bug against the paper cuts project, the Ubuntu
package and the Debian package. If you also want to propose a new
description then simply add it to the comments on the report, and if you
want to try and fix it yourself then send the patch to Debian and they'll
merge it in.

Thanks again for offering to help with this. Software Centre app
descriptions (and metadata in general) is something I'd like to see some
serious attention. If you have any more questions or need any help with
