In 5.0.77 percona highperf build 13, the default location for the
error log has been moved. If you haven't done so, you should document
this.

Also, this binary uses much more memory for similar my.cnf parameters:
5.0.77 unmodified -- 1467684 VSZ
5.0.77 percona -- 1688464 VSZ

For these my.cnf parameters:
innodb_log_file_size=1900M
