Thanks for fixing the rest of the issues. As for the third one I can reproduce it every time.
1. Click on a color field in any action in any actionlist (When the color dialog opens choose cancel)
2. Click on the filename field in the save action without changing it.
The actionlist will be marked as changed.

This is not important and I think we can ignore it.

Bug description:
Hi,
I noticed the following bugs:
* Changing the actionlist description doesn't trigger change (fixed)
* Enabling/Disabling actions doesn't trigger change (fixed)
* Sometimes you can trigger a change without modifying anything, steps to reproduce:
      File -> Open Library -> Highlight Mask
      Click on 'Color Value' field, then on 'File Name' field in save
* Click on 'Auto crop' and change the select value to something else. That won't trigger a change. Move the mouse away from phatch and go around it till you reach the X button without hovering over the menu and close phatch. (fixed)
