Re: Switching to python 2.5 with pyexiv-0.1.2 for Windows (py2exe)

 

Good news!

The python 2.5 version of all dependencies (including pyexiv2) work
perfectly on Windows 7 32 bit. Yay! Robin you did a wonderfull job
with that pyexiv2 build. Congratulations and thanks! That is great, so
we can just simply use that to support Windows 2000 to Windows 7. For
me trying to build with python 2.6 makes *no* sense anymore for 32bit.
We can use our time and energy for other things.  So I' ll mark the
blueprint as done.

Robin this will hopefully a much easier task for you: compiling
jpegtran for the Mac (no need for Windows):

We really need jpegtran on the Mac so I hope you can handle it.
