These two dmgs have the same payload.
The PhatchAPP dmg is a Drag'n'Drop installer.
The PhatchPKG dmg is a package (and will request admin priviledges)

The intention is to keep the APP dmg as 'basic' Phatch.
The PKG dmg will include optional install options such as Blender.

This first edition does not have any options in the PKG.
