Public bug reported:

When you do a New Install (on 3.0.0-Beta-1), after it successfully
installs, there is a link for you to click that says "Check your new
installation" but it takes you to wrong place.

I installed phpds in www.mydomain.com/phpds but clicking the "Check your
new installation" link takes me to www.mydomain.com instead.

Manually going to www.mydomain.com/phpds works fine though, so the
installation process is ok, just the link is incorrect.
