[Bug 924430] [NEW] Table indexing issue on pds_core_menu_structure

Public bug reported:

An SQL join is performed between the "table pds_core_menu_structure" and
"pds_core_menu_items" when the menu array is being built. The two tables
are joined using their respective menu_id fields. However, the menu_id
field in pds_core_menu_structure is not indexed at all and this may have
a slight performance impact on a busy site with a lot of first-hit/non-
cached queries and a lot of menus.

I therefore suggest that a unique index (if possible) is placed on the
menu_id field of pds_core_menu_structure. It will speed up the join
request quite nicely.

This issue most probably exists in all versions of PHPDevShell.
