  iana additional functionality needed

Status in Open Source PHP RAD Framework with UI.:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The iana class needs some additional functions. Currently it provides
  these two functions: languageOptions() and regionOptions(). Both
  returns data in html format, e.g. <option></option>. Additional
  functions should be added to return the data as arrays so that the
  data can be formatted in other formats by the developer.
