There is indeed an error report in the write/logs folder.  The same one
gets created everytime I try to run the site.

"mysql_connect(): Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using
password: YES)

The error occurred in file
C:\xampp\htdocs\phpdev\includes\PHPDS_legacyConnector.class.php at line
137'

Not quite sure what this actually means but I will try to dig into it
further unless anyone here knows what the answer is.
