** Description changed:

  When a new article is published, an e-mail is sent to report it, and in
  this case (I use greek) the encoding fails.
  
  ex.&lt;p&gt;
  &amp;Lambda;ί&amp;gamma;&amp;omicron;-&amp;pi;&amp;omicron;&amp;lambda;ύ, &amp;omicron;&amp;iota; &amp;pi;&amp;epsilon;&amp;rho;&amp;iota;&amp;sigma;&amp;sigma;ό&amp;tau;&amp;epsilon;&amp;rho;&amp;omicron;&amp;iota; &amp;phi;ί&amp;lambda;&amp;omicron;&amp;iota; instead of normal greek text.
  
  In addition, when I turn off the wysiwyg editor, I get the same problem.
  It is not that important, but I think it should be patched in the new
  release. Thanks!
