When a new article is published, an e-mail is sent to report it, and in
this case (I use greek) the encoding fails.

ex.<p>
Λίγο-πολύ, οι περισσότεροι φίλοι instead of normal greek text.

In addition, when I turn off the wysiwyg editor, I get the same problem.
It is not that important, but I think it should be patched in the new
release. Thanks!
