The first problem you mention isn't possible to fix. Perhaps this will
be implemented in the future, but it is unlikely.

You can change the comment verification questions in the
'/inc/captcha.php' file. You can modify the button in shownews.php, just
search "submit comment', and you should come across the HTML.
