David, honestly, it doesn't serve a purpose. When I was developing this
portion of phpns, I stuck it in there for testing reasons, and I planned
on including a way to contact the author somehow. Now, that is just an
artifact of an unaccomplished idea. It's a little depressing.

Feel free to take it out.
