I upgraded from version 31 of the package (by pointing all of my sources
to karmic and doing repeated updates and upgrades).  In doing so, I lost
Catalyst::Plugin::Unicode.  The description for version 33 does still
have the package listed in the description, and I can't find the package
anywhere on the filesystem.
