[Bug 450305] [NEW] Can't run the example that comes with the package

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: libspreadsheet-writeexcel-perl

libspreadsheet-writeexcel-perl comes with an example directory. I tried
to run one of the examples in it (csv2xls.pl), and got the following
error:

Can't locate Text/CSV_XS.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /etc/perl /usr/local/lib/perl/5.10.0 /usr/local/share/perl/5.10.0 /usr/lib/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/perl/5.10 /usr/share/perl/5.10 /usr/local/lib/site_perl .) at /usr/share/doc/libspreadsheet-writeexcel-perl/examples/csv2xls.pl line 27.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/share/doc/libspreadsheet-writeexcel-perl/examples/csv2xls.pl line 27.

My perl-foo is weak, but this looks like the package didn't install all
the dependencies, or didn't list the correct dependencies.
