Binary package hint: libdevel-nytprof-perl

I'm not sure what the policy is for syncing with new CPAN releases like
this, but Tim Bunce (CPAN author of Devel::NYTProf) has released a 3.0
with a number of feature improvements.

and CPAN has release 3.00 of Devel::NYTProf

I can of course install with the CPAN tool, but it always feels saner to
have these packages from the APT manager.
