Please sync liburi-perl 1.52-1 (main) from Debian testing (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Blocked by the MIR of build-deps in bug 512881 (which would
put the Ubuntu build-dep delta into main allowing this to
auto-sync).

  * New upstream release
  * Add a patch to fix wide character warnings
