Please sync libglib-perl 2:1.223-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

The is no Ubuntu delta.

This sync will fix bug #608695.

Changelog entries since current maverick version 1:1.230-1:

libglib-perl (2:1.223-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release
  * Bumped epoch to replace previous (unstable) release with this stable one.
  * Standards-Version 3.9.1 (no changes)
  * Add myself to Uploaders
  * Update patched file paths, refresh all patches
  * Updated watchfile to only report stable releases
