Binary package hint: libunicode-map8-perl

libxml-twig-perl has some use of libunicode-map8-perl in the test suite,
and the binary package suggests the binary libunicode-map8-perl package
too.

the package should be promoted, not pulling in another other packages
into main.

no bug reports in the Ubuntu and Debian bug trackers.
